WEDDINGS.
CLEGG-CHATFIELD.
The marriage of Miss Sydney CHATFIELD, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. P. CHATFIELD, of Kirkoswald-avenue, Mosman, to Mr. Clifford Balley Clegg, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. T. B. Clegg, of Mosman, was celebrated last night at the Congregational Church, Pitt-street. The Rev. Steele Craik performed the ceremony. The bride was given away by her father, and wore a gown of silver lace, mounted on pink. Her long veil of Honiton lace (lent by Mrs. J. Ford) formed a train, and was caught to her head with a cap of silver lace. She carried a sheaf of pink and white flowers. The matron of honour was Mrs. P. W. O'Neill, sister of the bride, who wore a gown of golden ring velvet, embossed in brown. Her straw hat was in tones to match, and she carrlsd a sheaf of gold and blue flowers. The bridesmaid, Miss Marjorie Clegg, wore blue ring velvet embossed in gold, and a hat to tone. Her sheaf was also of gold and blue flowers. Mr. Norman White was the best man, and Mr. Malcolm Chatfield the groomsman. After the ceremony, a reception was held at the Pavilion Cafe, where Mrs. Chatfield received the guests in a gown of parchment lace, covered with a coat of red shaded velvet, trimmed with hare. The bridegroom's mother wore midnight blue georgette and lace. The bride left for her honeymoon wearing a Jumper suit of pink silk Jersey, and a black velvet coat. Her hat was of pink summer felt.
