Lewell Harold Clark is my father. He had 1 natural born child my sister Jennifer Lou Clark Orr and 3 children he raised from my mother's previous marriage including me (Benjamin Scott Clark), my older Brother Ronald Emerson Neal and my older sister Lesley Marguerite Clark Mercill. Our dad is survived by our mother Barbara Lee Bodan Clark.
My mother (Barbara Lee Bodan Clark) is still living. She is 85 years old. She was born on November 8th, 1927. My birthday is August 29th, 1963 not 64. My sister Jennifer Lou Clark Orr was born on September 4th 1966 not 67. My sister Lesley changed her last name when my mother re-married to Lewell Harold Clark. She took the Clark last name when she was 8 years old. My birth certificate was changed from Neal to Clark when my father (my adopted father) adopted me at 1 year of age. So the information should read Benjamin Scott Clark and Lesley's maiden name should read Lesley Marguerite Clark. My brother Ronnald was the only one who kept the Neal surname.
John Isaac ("Jack") Neal was born on May 23rd, 1929 in Jackson, Teton Co., Wyoming. He departed this life on July 15th 2008 in Great Falls, Montana. I love all of my familial lineages (both natural parents and my adopted father's). You know the incredible American legacy of the Chatfield family. I also have an amazing legacy through the Neal's (originally "O'Neil") who came to the colonies in in the 1770's shortly before the American Revolution and settled in Western Virginia. It appears that I am a direct descendant of James Neal of Neal's Station now situated in Parkersburg West Virginia.
I know that many of the Neal's moved southward as most of my Neal lineage extends through Virginia, Tennessee and Arkansas and eventually ending up in the West.
I'll get more information on John ("Jack") Neal to you. I know he is buried up near Great Falls, Montana in the Castner Falls Cem.
