FAIRFIELD – A vigil service for Leslie Ann Blake O'Parka, 35, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Bryan-Braker Funeral Home with the Rev. Kevin McBrien of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church officiating. Mrs. O'Parka died Monday, March 15, 1993, at Kaiser-Permanente Hospital, Vallejo after a long illness. A native of Fairfield, she had lived here the past 29 years. She graduated from Fairfield High School in 1976. She worked as a bookkeeper at M&H Tile Co. for three years.

Survivors include her parents, Curtis and Charlotte Blake of Fairfield; sister ...; brothers ...; long time friend ...; one niece; and three nephews.
