Patterson-Chatfield.
Holy Trinity Church, Valley was chosen on July 1 for the marriage of Mr. Reginald Hunter Patterson (son of Mr and Mrs K Patterson, Rosalie) and Miss Kathleen Chatfield (daughter of Mrs K CHATFIELD, Bulimba) which was solemnised by the Rev. S. Watkins. The bride who was given away by Mr J H C Harper was gowned in white bridal satin. Miss Dorothy CHATFIELD, who was the only bridesmaid chose shell pink crepe de Chine. Miss Doris Bottosi was flower girl and Mr Lionel Patterson carried put the duties of best man. Later a reception was held at the Ex- Imperial Hall, Adelaide Street. On leaving for the honeymoon, which will be spent in North Queensland, Mrs R H Patterson wore a travelling costume of brown Marocain.
