WEDDING preparations afoot for Heather Painter, of Bendigo, who will marry Harold Chatfield at St. Andrew's Church, Bendigo, on August 28. A party has been given in her honour by old school friend, Mrs J. Hesse, and a pantry tea is being arranged by Vesta Whitfield, who will be one of Heather's bridesmaids. The other will be her schoolgirl sister, Beverley, now at MLC.
