IN THE WILL of PHILOMENE SARAH TRUSCOTT late of Muswellbroolt in the State of New South Wales Widow deceased.—APPLICATION will be made after fourteen days from the publication hereof that Administration (with the Will dated the Twenty ninth day of December One thousand nine hundred and thirty six annexed) of the Estate of the abovenamed deceased may be granted to MAXWELL STEVEN TRUSCOTT the son of the deceased and all notices may be served at the undermentioned address. All creditors in the Estate of the said deceased are hereby required to send in particulars of their claims to the undersigned AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that application will be made that the usual Administration Bond may be reduced.—R.
